Terms of use

  1. General provisions

    These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the user and the ShareRent platform (sharerent.kz), which provides services for finding partners for shared rental of commercial property in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    By using ShareRent, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the platform.

  2. Service description

    ShareRent is an online platform for finding commercial property and co-tenants. We provide tools for posting listings, finding rental partners, and connecting users. ShareRent is not a party to rental agreements and is not responsible for transactions between users.

  3. Registration and account

    • Registration and account creation are required to access certain features.
    • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and password.
    • Each person may have only one account.

  4. User rights and obligations

    Users agree to:

    • Comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
    • Not post false or misleading information.
    • Respect the rights of other users.
    • Not use the platform for fraudulent activities.
    • Respond promptly to applications and messages.

  5. Listing rules

    • Listing information must be accurate and up-to-date.
    • Photos must reflect the actual condition of the property.
    • Listings for illegal properties or activities are prohibited.
    • Administration reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform rules.

  6. Prohibited actions

    The following is prohibited on the platform:

    • Using the service for illegal activities.
    • Gaining unauthorized access to the system or other users' data.
    • Distributing malware or spam.
    • Publishing offensive or discriminatory content.
    • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

  7. Liability

    ShareRent is not responsible for the quality of properties, the accuracy of information provided by users, or the fulfillment of agreements between parties.

    The user is solely responsible for all transactions and agreements made through the platform.

  8. Intellectual property

    All materials on the ShareRent platform, including design, logos, texts, and software code, are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  9. Termination of use

    • We reserve the right to suspend or block your account in case of violation of these Terms.
    • You may delete your account at any time through profile settings or by contacting us.

  10. Changes to terms

    We may update these Terms of Use. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  11. Applicable law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes are subject to resolution in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
